I was highly disappointed in the way our items were placed in the moving van. I am very concerned that my armoire has a high risk of damage the way it was placed on its side with the mouldings on the top. Plus, there was a poor use of space. I am having to re-arrange most of what was done. Highly, highly disappointed. Kelly Murray

Mover's response:
I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed. We placed the items in accordance with AJ's preference. The armoire and bookshelf's were too tall to stand upright. We laid it on its side on top of blankets that were provided. Space would have been better utilized if we loaded boxes first, however that was not what we were instructed to do. AJ was present throughout the move and voiced no concerns. We are a small company and take pride in what we do. I'm sorry that you are unhappy, but we were only operating as instructed.
