Was very pleased with entire experience. Was informed of time schedules and all ran smooth. Ed and Geno were very prompt and polite and very good at their craft. They packed my POD tight as a drum. Will be calling back when time to unload.

First of all, there were two movers that came to unload my truck. Their movement was extremely slow, and they did sit and break many times. I bought them pizza and breadsticks for lunch and supplied very cold water for them. My daughter was present who is 11-years-old, and she told me she smelled marajuana. I then waited until I was around the two men to check and see if they smelled like it. Several times throughout the unloading, I definitely smelled marajuana. Again, the movement unloading was slow which caused an increase in time they were present. We also went to my storage unit to unload a few things,which was less than a mile away. They were very uncaring about my things. The one guy took my hammock apart and literally shoved it into the unit. They wanted me to say that they were there an extra hour and a half. Since they were bought lunch and both given a twenty dollar tip, I said they were there an extra hour. The men then blew up my phone calling from multiple numbers. Of course, because of the fact that they were obviously smoking weed, I feel like they shouldn't have even gotten paid. I'm pissed.

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
