They were on time, but they were very Extremely Slow! We used you as Bellhops recommended you, unfortunately it was a disappointment.
We both were helping and we were doing twice the work then both men from you as they were strolling, complaining about distance of apartment from van.
Due to the lack of drive and zero Speed in their pace we went over the time frame and had to pay an additional 1 1/2 hours.
I will never use you again nor recommend them.

Derrick and Darius were great. They were 30 min late, but called to let me know. They were expert at packing the truck and very courteous and professional. Derrick, especially, was concerned with making a good impression and giving good customer service. I would use them again, but I would use 3 men. It took 6 hours to move - one of the longer moves I've had. And I've moved a lot.

On time, worked extremely hard for our 2-hour window and even managed to finish early. All items were kept safe, and the truck was packed efficiently and safely. Friendly crew - very respectful and upbeat throughout. I'd absolutely use them again.

They showed up on time, worked fairly hard, and were very nice to deal with. One was experienced in moving, and one was not. Did find some damage on one of the pieces after the fact, but not enough to worry about. Overall a positive experience.

The Moving Guides were wonderful!!!! Tony is AMAZING! Everyone on the crew is exceptionally professional. We hired 3 men for two hours for our out of state move. After having the truck 75% full, we realized that our stuff was not going to fit!!! Tony and the crew were patient with us as we dealt with the chaos of exchanging and getting a new truck. They drove to the u haul site, unloaded, then reloaded the new truck. We added on hours and brought in an extra mover. They packed everything with care!!! After a 6 hour drive nothing in our load was broken !!!!! We couldn't have asked for better movers!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing professional, friendly, and trustworthy movers!
