Mello and Matt did a really great job of packing a PackRat container with our goods. They were on time, did the job in less than two hours, and kept going until they were done. We would definitely use them again.

They helpers did really well very quick and put together furniture. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they broke my bottom step moving one of my heavy furniture. Otherwise they were great!

They were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. - the first job of the day. They arrived late - at 9:30 a.m.
The 2 movers arrived in a small car. They did not have a dolly or a hand truck. Most importantly, although the order specifically stated there was furniture to be reassembled, they didn't have any tools! Zero - none - nada - NO TOOLS!
The guys were nice and respectful of me and my belongings.
Due to the late arrival and the lack of preparation to do the job, I would not use them again.

Hi. Yes they were a smidge late due to vehicle issues, but they kept me informed the entire time. They were exceedingly patient - unfortunately moving my couch twice until I decided where it goes. Even though a little late we finished the entire move an hour earlier than expected! Wow! They really worked. I'd hire them again in a New York second.
