The movers called the morning of our move and asked if they could come over 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, that was wonderful. They showed up, assessed what needed to be moved out of the apartment, down the stairs and into the truck and got to work. They packed up the truck in less than 45 minutes and followed us to our new house. There they unpacked the truck and moved things into the designated rooms (some stairs up and down). We had booked the service for two hours but were completed in under 1.5 hours. The movers showed up ready to go and hauled and packed furniture/boxes without needing direction. We were impressed by their professionalism, strength and speed with which they accomplished the move. Thank you, Samuel Services, for turning our dread over having to move into an extremely positive experience!

Here is an honest review for you. Jose and Jorge arrived to my site 20 minutes early. They patiently waited for me to pull my moving truck up and unload it. They immediately assisted me in moving the trailer. Before I could blink, they were taking stuff out of the vehicle and putting it into the house (where I told them, of course) via three flights of stairs. They helped assemble my bed and fan. And, they removed all of the trash and boxes. I had a big truck and two hours pre-paid, and it only took them an hour. I was absolutely blown away. No problems, no damages, very friendly, and quite punctual! These guys are fast. Be sure to tip them; they deserve it and really appreciate it.

The guys were on time, were professional and did a good job. I didn't feel my things were loaded as well as they were with the crew I hired from Ca. to load me up on the original move to Md. I'll be relieved to know everything comes through Okay when my POD gets to Ca. This Md crew didn't use much rope to secure things whereas the Ca crew secured continually. The guys were very respectful, worked hard and handled my things with care. It was the appearance of not being loaded and packed well that concerns me and hopefully I'll be wrong and my things will be okay on the other end of my move.

Showed up at scheduled time and worked much harder than I would have liked. Carried multiple boxes at a time and made me hurt for them. Both men were very nice and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use the service again.

I have used Samuel services before and had a wonderful experience. The movers unloaded everything in just one hour for the first move. For this move, it took the movers almost two hours to just load the furniture (which was the same amount that was unloaded the first time). They were very slow and didn't handle my furniture with care at all. I witnessed them placing our sofa on its end and scooting it on the concrete completely unprotected even though I provided all materials to protect the furniture. This move ruined my experience with Samuel services and I will be using another company in the future.
