This was the first time I have used this service. I selected Samuel Services based upon reviews and price point. The movers were prompt - a few minutes early actually. They were courteous and communicated well. Best of all - they were finished a little ahead of schedule. I will definitely use Samuel again. Highly recommend!

They were on time professional and handled my items with care. I had to move over 300 miles and they assured me that the truck would be loaded and all my items would survive the trip safely - nothing was damaged upon arrival. It took 2 hours to load our truck, we were charged for 4 hours. I am seeking credit of 2 hours amounting to $120.00. I would say excellent after I receive credit, Contacted Samuel Services to rectify this oversite. They were on time, prepared, and worked very hard.
