This movers showed up an hour before the requested time and started charging time before they were even to our door. In addition, I had requested our piano be moved but when the movers showed up, they informed me that I was personally responsible for requesting 4 men instead of 2 to move the piano and then refused to move it.
The owner over-charged me by an hour and was very beligerent and intimidating on the phone regarding the charges.
I would NEVER use these movers again.
