Excellent crew. I was moving from out of state and was late for over 3 hours at almost 8:30 pm. Fuse movers were amazing. They waited until I arrived and were able to move everything super fast (in under an hour!). I do not know what I would have done without them. They did their best and I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic crew. Do not hesitate to count on them.

Only one person showed up. He was great but he obviously couldn’t move by himself. Overall, I was shocked that the company didn’t get someone else out there. We might as well have done it ourselves.

Not the whole scenario. Late afternoon scheduled job and last min I believe a day or two before. Turned out to be a very hot day and one of the movers originally scheduled to help with his move could not continue after a prior scheduled appointment ran well over and had more than anticipated. We offered Mr.Watkins the option of having fresh movers the next morning which was declined. We strive very hard to make all our appointments at the scheduled time but sometimes extenuating circumstances can change the outcome of a day. You can’t anticipate how much the heat index is going to be some days as well as employees energy levels. Yes they are trained professionals but they are also human beings

Only ONE mover showed. I had to move everything myself with a bad back. May need to go to Ortho again.....Worst experience possible. They hired a guy from CraigsList to help me.

Not accurate we do have experienced guys and everyone of our movers has been with us for a while. We get jobs from different sources including Craigslist and that’s what he meant not he was hired from CL to help with your move. Those jobs we accept directly we set the schedule and have a bit more flexibility. Majority of our reviews prove too that our guys are experienced and been properly trained. Your move was scheduled for evening and one of guys had an earlier scheduled appointment which ran well over and on a very hot day. To prevent burnout or sending a tired guy back out again we offered you one of our movers that evening or 2 fresh guys the next day and you picked the former. We understand and apologize about that but our guy Anthony did majority of the work. He is a pretty strong guy and can move many large pieces by himself. Again all our guys are experienced, hardworking and customer service oriented.
