Please read my review in full. I had an enormous amount of trouble getting to Missouri from Pennsylvania. I hired a company (Colonial Van Lines) which I had to threaten legal action against. I then had to cram a 26ft truck to the gills and run it out to Missouri. I did this, but having spent 3 days loading a truck with only one helper, I realized I would not be able to do that again on the back end.
I tried in vain for days to get a group that could come out and give me service when I wanted at a reasonable price. That was until I found this site and then began looking at reviews. Fuse seemed pretty solid, with a good price and expertise to match.
My experience:
I greatly underestimated the difficulty of the job - that's on me. Fuse sent the two guys I asked for and they were superb. They were extremely receptive to what I wanted done, how I wanted it done, and did it as fast as humanly possible. I provided waters as needed, because it was 100 degrees outside and 115 or so in the truck. They took precisely one break in 5 hours, unloading the truck to my satisfaction. All in all out of the hundreds of items in the truck, there were maybe three items that got scratched or incurred minor damage. Nothing was stolen. Everything was handled with care. They were awesome.
The two guys were very good to boot, friendly, good with my kids, hard workers. I definitely recommend tipping if you feel like their service was worth it.
All in all, a near flawless job, which is a far cry from my own loading experience. Great work and definitely recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
