My review will be one of mixed reviews. I utilized Swift Moving Services for 4 movers for 4 hours. I, literally had two different experiences within the same 4 hour period. 2 of the movers were exceptional. Professional, courteous, hard-working and knowledgeable regarding providing care and concern for my furniture. The other half of the crew was exactly the opposite! The 'second two' were lazy, not polite, and didn't appear to have ANY experience with moving! I had to verbally, and physically, communicate multiple times what needed to moved, where the items were to be staged prior to loading into the moving POD (they placed items on the rain-soaked landscape instead of on a tarp designated to keep items dry and from resting on the rain-soaked lawn) and most important, they destroyed a desk that I've had for years and didn't say ANYTHING! I returned to the staging area to find my desk in pieces and nothing was said, not even an apology from the 2 movers. I did receive an apology from the 'crew chief' although he wasn't involved in the situation. Needless to say, if anyone uses this service, ENSURE that the movers are qualified and competent!

The movers arrived on time. As soon as they got there one of them complained about the steps even though I said there were 2 flights of steps when I made my reservation. I asked for 3 movers, got 4 which got things done quicker but I had to go get more cash for another tip. They got the job done in the time allotted, weren't super friendly and the truck was not loaded great. So pretty ok, not great, not horrible.

They were amazing. On-time, no damage to property, worked HARD, funny, careful not to scrape walls, etc.
And they moved “the Beadt”— a HUGE, heavy, awkward bookcase up a teeny staircase.
I would readily hire them, again!!!!

What a hardworking group of men! I couldn’t have been more pleased. They were professional, careful, hardworking and strong. Never a complaint. They treated my furniture exactly like I would have if I were anywhere near being able to do what they did. I have a large, five bedroom home and all the furniture was going. They worked the truck like a puzzle to get it all in. They were awesome! I have so much respect for the men. A+++ from start to finish. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
