Hired them to unload a truck. They showed up about 20 minutes late, he called and told me they were on they way from the office and would be there around 9:30am. One of the movers then spoke about how they had gotten to the office around 5am and were just waiting around. Now sure why they were running behind. They were very nice guys but as for movers they were just okay. They kept complaining/commenting how heavy things were. Nothing was extremely heavy, as I have moved these items with the help of a friend up a flight of stairs. They were moving items into the ground floor. We had to help them unload items off the truck or they would not have finished in time. I had read previous reviews and so I knew what to expect. Other reviewers had mentioned that they were not the quickest or most efficient. It took them the full two hours (with our help in the beginning, 4 other people) to unload a 16 foot truck when it took the same number of movers less time pack the same truck.and they had to figure out where to put everything. They set boxes clearly marked this side up, upside down. Heavy boxes on top of smaller boxes. Overall they more of less did the job but I would not hire them again.

The job entailed loading some furniture into a trailer and moving some furniture around in the house. They were courteous and completed the job efficiently.
They were late, but they kept me fully informed of their status (they got tied up on a prior job) and the delay was not a big issue for me.

They were on time and well prepared for the job. I saw them use some type of shoulder harness that allowed them to work faster and more efficient. They worked very hard and finished the job on time. They were very respectful and I will be using them to move me the next time.
