My movers arrived early as expected. I quickly walked them through the items needing their attention and they came up with a strategy on how to get it done quickly and without damaging anything. The job ran an hour long than expected but I appreciate them taking time to plan out how to pack the container properly. There was even room left for the smaller boxes and items which were not yet ready for them to move. I could have used some rope to keep my ottoman from falling open but neglected to ask them to bring it. They were able to cleverly use an extension cord as an alternative. The only issue was the final payment. My movers asked if I preferred to purchase my additional hour through HireAHelper or through their mobile payment app. I chose the mobile payment app but somehow I was charged an extra $253 instead of the expected $55. Lonnie reached out to me to ensure that I knew the issue had been corrected and he was able to refund my money the same day I reported the matter. To avoid this mishap in the future, it should be mandatory that all payments go through HireAHelper instead of any other payment method to cut down on human error or customer misunderstanding. I would recommend this company again.

The two young men Jeramy and Ralph did arrive late due to circumstances beyond their control. However, they made up for the lost time and started immediately unloading the truck upon their arrival. They were hard working and courteous at all times. The blistering heat of 90 degree weather made the task that much more challenging for these young men however, they were committed to completing the job and made sure that I was satisfied with their work and that the job was considered complete. I would use them again.
