Lewis, Steven D. and Sadaris arrived early to assist with unloading our trailer arriving from Iowa. Lewis assisted in helping the semi driver back up the trailer to our doorway and we had everything unloaded within 2 1/2 hours. They took their time to ask and place boxes in the appropriate places and treated all of our belongings with extreme care. They were easy-going and even assisted in loading some items into our pick-up truck for a storage facility. i would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance moving in and so glad I found Hire-A-Helper and specifically requested All Around Movers. Thanks again guys for your help!!

The two men I hired were wonderful! They called to say they could arrive an hour early if I wanted, worked VERY quickly, safely, and were respectful and careful with my things. They finished much earlier than planned and made my moving process so seamless. I plan on using them when I make my next move, the gentlemen were WELL worth the money!

Update 2/27/2016!! I just received reimbursement from Lonnie, and as a result, I have upgraded my rating to 3 stars. I contracted with All Around Movers to move my household items on the main floor of my home into the garage so I could have my hardwood floors redone. The move date was December 5, 2015. They badly damaged one of the doors of my stainless steel refrigerator while moving it. The movers and manager Lonnie Craig acknowledged that they were responsible for the damage and assured me they would take care of it. Taking Lonnie at his word, I paid for the move. For the next few weeks, Lonnie gave me numerous excuses, first telling me the part was on back order, then that he forgot to give the supplier his credit card number, etc. After over 2 months had passed, it became clear to me that Lonnie never ordered the part. He then told me if I wanted to order the part and have it shipped to my house, he would install it and reimburse me. I then contacted LG on February 10, 2016 and they gave me the part number and provided the names of two supply houses that carried it. Both companies had the part in stock, contrary to Lonnie’s assertions that the part was backordered. I ordered and paid for the part the same day, sent the invoice to Lonnie for reimbursement, and asked when he could install it.
Since that time Lonnie has not responded to my numerous phone calls and emails. When I call, he will not pick up the phone. I do not understand this as I have been more than patient and courteous in trying to work with Lonnie on this matter. I now realize his is not a man of his word and this business does not deserve a good rating. By the way, the part came in three days after I ordered it and I installed it myself.
