Movers were significantly late, but added an extra mover to compensate. Move was successful and they worked hard despite some challenging circumstances. Apex worked with me to get a good rate despite some challenges working through third party "Hire-a-Helper." All worked out in the end!
We do want to clarify a few important details for accuracy. We provided a 24-hour advance notice with an updated ETA prior to arrival to keep everyone informed. Additionally, our crew worked approximately two extra hours beyond the scheduled time to ensure the job was completed properly, and unfortunately, that additional time was not compensated.
Itās also worth noting that the move was originally scheduled under a different individual, and the reviewer was not present during the service. Despite these complexities, we remained committed to delivering a smooth and successful move.
