Moving is a hectic time for the customer. While these guys did the job with time to spare, it would have been helpful had they thought to themselves "Now that we've moved everything off the truck and inside the home, what else can we do to help the customer". Or they could have offered to help given the extra time. Since I missed the opportunity to think of it myself with so many other things on my mind, I would have welcomed the offer to do things like rearrange furniture, build a bed, or reinstall sofa footings. That's some feedback that would make this good team great.
You make an excellent point about the final stage of the move. We understand how overwhelming moving day can be, and we should have been more proactive in offering additional help once everything was inside. Thatās a great suggestion, and itās something weāll be reinforcing with our team moving forward.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If a customer should choose MOVING ON UP TRISTATE on the day we are hired we will arrive 15minutes prior to arrival. We will be very professional and in uniform ready and willing to go above and beyond.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare by letting us know the exact move to and from. We should also be notified asap if any extra items are needed such as furniture pads or any extra items that will help us to move as fast and effective as possible.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done long distance, state to state office commercial residential and restaurant nursing homes trash removals and heavy lifting if need to.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love the part of helping others packing trucks especially and helping customers with timely orders.

My crew has been with me for 2 years we have done every kind of training from professionalism no smoking on the job no profanity customer satisfaction. Paying attention to details and being very careful with every piece of customers items. We make sure everything is wrapped and secured.
