They were on time, and well prepared. They were courteous, personable, and clean. They worked hard and completed the job ahead of schedule. Until I unpack, it will be difficult to judge their packing skills in preventing damage, but they were able to get quite a lot into what seemed like a small space. I would certainly use them again, pending what I see when the pod is unpacked.

I hired these folks to load a moving pod for me. The crew showed up early, and was very expert and professional. They clearly had packed these pods before and knew how to get it both completely full, and packed in a way that would keep things from shifting. They were also very fast, completing the job well ahead of the time I expected to take. They were polite and professional, and overall did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

The 2 helpers were punctual, courteous, strong, & hard working. They carefully moved everything that we asked them to move. They even assembled a wall unit, & a mirror over a dresser. I would highly reccommend them.

I can not recommend, nor will I ever use this company. First, they were 40 minutes late. I was actually prepared to forgive the tardiness but it went down hill from there. One man acted as if this was his first moving job ever. He seriously needed instruction on every move he made. He was without a clue. The man with obviously more experience seemed though he had only moved half dozen times at most. (Turn it this way, ok turn it back this way, ok turn it back the first way again...) Lowe's delivered my washer and dryer without incident yet these 2 acted like it might take an act of God to them out of the house. Same thing with my box spring. Not only were they ineffective, they were slow. I started carrying things outside because these men had no spring to their step. They acted like they had all day but I had to drive 12-14 hours that day and not have time for this. As if this werent bad enough watching them try to load my furniture into the pod was painful. Everything should have fit in one pod but these 2 were so ineffectual I finally just told them to use another pod. Which, by the way, cost me another $800! If I could go back I would have just let my neighbor help me. He and I could have do e a better job.
