We hired Witmer to help us unload a 24' (filled) truck into our 8th floor city apartment with elevator. Our move in went better than we could have asked. Charles and partner showed up right on time. In fact, they called about 5 minutes before they were due to let me know they were looking for parking. They were very nice, got started right away, worked quickly and professionally for the entire 4 hours without a break and treated all of our belongings extremely carefully.
I hope that I won't be moving again for a while, but if I do, they will be the first people I call for help. I highly recommend them and we were thrilled with our experience.

Norman & Charlie were great. No complaints, really. They showed up 15 minutes early and were eager to get started. They immediately set to work and didn't stop until the house was totally unloaded. They didn't complain or stop for breaks. They simply worked and that's what I was expecting. We then went to the new place and I discovered that I didn't have the key...my wife did and she was out shopping. Instead of the guys just sitting around and waiting, they were very proactive and took the initiative and unloaded as much as they could before they simply ran out of room in front of the apartment. My only minor complaint was that Norman seemed to not pay a whole lot of attention when a box was marked "Fragile". He just treated it like any other box. I kind of wish he would have paid a little more attention. Also, Charlie dropped one box and a couple of coffee cups broke. Not a big deal, and the packing could have been better on my part, but I kind of wish he would have at least acknowledged it and perhaps apologize. But the guys more than made up for any shortcomings by tackling an impossible job...I have a china cabinet that needed to go into the basement. I truly didn't think it was going to fit...but they made it work. I was impressed. I would for sure hire them again and would request Charlie and Norman. You will not be sorry for hiring them. They're a budget friendly alternative in a money hungry world.

Witmer's Moving and More made the whole move out easy. They arrived a few minutes early. I had them unassemabled my furniture, wrap it in my spare blankets, and plastic wrap it. They were respectful and more than happy to do things my way in my order... When I moved other times, I spent an additional four hours cleaning the place after everything was out of it. Witmer did this for me in half the time it would have taken me.

The two men from Lancaster where very courteous and very fast. They handled our furnishings with care they covered all furniture that needed to be covered they even helped setup our beds in the bedroom and placed all furniture where we asked them. I recommend them for your next move.

The two men we had were helpful and willing to move a great deal of furniture as quickly as possible. They were accurate in taking pictures of damage to the wood furniture, which was extensive, from the loading end.
I would highly recommend these men and their work to anyone looking for economical and efficient moving assistance.

For anyone needing moving labor help in the area, THESE are the movers to do the job! They were dependable, efficient, extremely careful of my belongings, excellent packers of the truck, and courteous. They fit everything I had in the truck, tied things off, and were done with the job well within the time planned. I would use them again without hesitation!

Arrived before designated start time and went straight to work! Brought requested items with them for move. Worked entire 5 hours I had them booked and went above and beyond what I expected. I had very large and heavy items to be moved and they did it efficiently. Not one scratch on any wall or item moved. No standing around talking or figuring out what to do. They literally worked from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone, I will never move again without their company!! Truck was packed great, we thought we were going to make at least 3 trips. They got our 4 bedroom house, garage, and outside kids toys all in one truck load. I simply can not say enough good things about these guys. Super service, great personalities, and awesome work.
