The two gentlemen did a very good job loading our rental truck. However, when they placed the truck's ramp on our beautiful treated and painted driveway, they left dime-sized chips in several places and, as a result, the driveway will need to be repaired. They should have realized they needed to place cardboard beneath the area where the ramp would touch the driveway. This was a costly and senseless mistake! They also packed an article which they were told twice to leave in the house.

I requested 2 workers for two hours between 7:00 and 8:00. I got a call from Marcus two days later and we talked things over. I explained I needed to get on the road ASP, moving across country.marcus said no problem he would have two guys over at 7:30. So 7:30 came and went, no crew. 7:45 I called Marcus and he said that he had the convention center work and all his guys are working that but he has a back-up crew on there way over. 8:15 one guy arrives 8:30 the second guy arrives and we start working. On the road one hour later then planed. Just think it's pretty wrong.

I arrived in Las Vegas on Saturday and went online and found Momentum Moves. I needed helpers on Sunday to unload my 26 ft U Haul truck. Marcus and Eddie arrived Sunday morning as promised and went right to work unloading very fragile glass and heavy household items. These men were very professional and were strong and had the right equipment to get the job done the right way. I felt at ease the entire time which is huge since I am a worry wart. My things were treated with a great deal of respect. I absolutely will use them again in the near future and have no problem referring them to anyone. They are 5+Star. Thanks Marcus and Eddie you guys know what your doing.
