They were great. Very helpful and professional. My one piece of feedback is I'd appreciate a little more communication. What I mean is they called us 15 min after they were supposed to arrive and told us they'd by 1.5 hours late. So we ran to the store to get some goods to make use of the time. Then they called us 30 min early from their new ETA and said they were already at the house. If the schedule was changing again, it would have been nice to have like a 10 min heads up so we could make sure we were home and available so we weren't getting charged for time we weren't using.

Regarding the timing, we do want to clarify that your order included a standard arrival window of 9 AM to 10 AM. While we initially estimated we might be about 30 minutes late, we ended up arriving within the original window. We recommend having boxes packed and labeled before the crew arrives, pathways cleared for easy access, and any fragile or personal items set aside. If customers have questions beforehand, we are always happy to provide guidance to help the move go smoothly.

Our team has handled a wide variety of moves including apartment moves, home moves, storage unit loading and unloading, PODS and container loading, and truck rentals such as U-Haul and Penske. We regularly assist customers with both small and large moves.
