They really did not know what they were doing. The way they loaded the pod was wasteful! As of right now, I cannot fit the remaining items in the pod. I have to repack it. They were of some help with heavy stuff, but there are a lot of gaps. Plus, they were going to pack boxes that weren't taped closed. Duh! Also, no tie down straps were used. I am pissed! It was a total waste of time and 390.00. I really think you need to send 2 different guys to correct the mistakes at NO CHARGE! However, I know that won't happen. I would NOT recommend your company to pack a lunch!

Men arrived early. They brought their own tools. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were kind. Unfortunately the wall was hit while bringing in one of the couches. It was an accident but some paint was chipped off. Even with the accident I would rehire them. They were available to come last minute on a holiday. Their time and effort is greatly appreciated.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We recommend having boxes packed and labeled before the crew arrives, pathways cleared for easy access, and any fragile or personal items set aside. If customers have questions beforehand, we are always happy to provide guidance to help the move go smoothly.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our team has handled a wide variety of moves including apartment moves, home moves, storage unit loading and unloading, PODS and container loading, and truck rentals such as U-Haul and Penske. We regularly assist customers with both small and large moves.
