Make sure to have plenty of plastic wrap and tape so these guys can do their job well and efficiently. They worked very hard in the two hours I had them and got my truck fully packed up for my move. Highly recommend!

They were great. Very helpful and professional. My one piece of feedback is I'd appreciate a little more communication. What I mean is they called us 15 min after they were supposed to arrive and told us they'd by 1.5 hours late. So we ran to the store to get some goods to make use of the time. Then they called us 30 min early from their new ETA and said they were already at the house. If the schedule was changing again, it would have been nice to have like a 10 min heads up so we could make sure we were home and available so we weren't getting charged for time we weren't using.

Regarding the timing, we do want to clarify that your order included a standard arrival window of 9 AM to 10 AM. While we initially estimated we might be about 30 minutes late, we ended up arriving within the original window.
