So when they called I said moving a 3 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. He did not ask size of home, outdoor sheds or patio furniture. They brought 26 ft truck. Belongings did not fit so I rented additional pull behind trailer for more money. Fragile items were broken, furniture damaged (some unusable). They had to leave stuff behind that we have to rent additional uhaul truck to go get ourselves. Would never hire again
For your move from Payson to Peoria, our team not only maximized the truck space, but also dropped off the trailer you rented as a courtesy and added additional labor at no extra cost because of how large the move was. We always strive to go above and beyond for our customers, and sometimes with bigger moves, multiple trips or an extra truck are required to get everything relocated safely.
It’s also important to note that there were many loose fragile items and boxes that we did not pack ourselves. While our team takes great care, items that aren’t professionally packed or protected can unfortunately be more vulnerable during transport.

We recommend having boxes packed and labeled before the crew arrives, pathways cleared for easy access, and any fragile or personal items set aside. If customers have questions beforehand, we are always happy to provide guidance to help the move go smoothly.

Our team has handled a wide variety of moves including apartment moves, home moves, storage unit loading and unloading, PODS and container loading, and truck rentals such as U-Haul and Penske. We regularly assist customers with both small and large moves.
