Royal Movers created a headache of problems within 30 minutes of arriving at my residence. Try started moving the heaviest piece of furniture, an entertainment unit upstairs. The movers made huge holes on the stairwell walls as well as major damage to the unit. After two hours of trying to maneuver the unit down the stairs they said they were unable to get the unit down the stairs or back up the stairs. After so much time wasted, they continued to move the remaining furniture. The movers went over in time by three hours (a total of an 8 hour move that should have easily been completed in 5 hours). I was charged for the additional hours and left with an entertainment center stuck on my stairwell. I was very unhappy with their lack of time efficiency and their work ethic. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone unless you want your walls and furniture damaged, to be charged for additional time, not have all your furniture moved and want to pay for all the damages that the movers caused.

Royal folks were great- they were on time, even called when they got close.
Guys were friendly courteous, fast working, finishing very quickly. This
was very much a better experienced in the past w/other movers. I will not
hesitate to call the folks again

The guys who helped me move my stuff showed up a few minutes before expected and we're super friendly. They immediately set to the task of wrapping my mattress and box spring in the mattress bags I purchased and then started carrying my stuff down flights of stairs and packing. They were incredibly efficient and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend Royal Mover!
