What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A follow up message or email confirming details of the job and trying to get any available information to better help assist with moving and scheduling
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Arriving on time in uniform, knowing how to properly wrap, furniture, unload trucks, disassemble and reassemble items
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer provide provide one to two blanks per item, shrink wrap, and tiedown straps, extra cardboard and or bubble wrap available for/TVs and delicate items, picture frames, etc.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading unloading Uhaul truck shipping containers freight trailer

What training do you provide your crew members?
We do lots of on and off the job training, teaching people how to properly pad items for furniture protection in Holly properly use the equipment for efficiency
