I was mostly happy with the job these guys did. They were early and started working immediately. Our apartment is on the fourth floor and I know that it was difficult for them to get everything up and down the stairs, so I appreciate the job they did. My only complaint is that certain items were not cared for properly because one guy was trying to carry them. My love seat, for example, was dragged across the floor on it's side, scratching and denting the wooden arm. And an antique desk I had was messed up pretty badly because he dropped the drawers out of it onto the ground twice.
BUT that being said, everything else was great and quick.

They were early and finished moving everything in less than 2 hours. They worked really hard even though it was very hot out, barely taking any breaks for water. The problem is that some of our furniture was scratched and torn in the process. I understand that our mattress is very heavy but at one point, they were dragging it on the sidewalk. Fortunately, we had a cover on the mattress so the majority of the dirt was on that. All the fragile items and electronics, though, are still in good shape. I would use them again- I would just make sure I provided more coverings/padding for the furniture.

CNS Moving Service was great! I moved to NYC from Arlington, VA, got stuck in traffic on the way up, very stressful. They made it easy to work with me on the time. we got to my building at 3 and we had to be done by 5 (per building rules). I have a ton of stuff but they were able to get everything moved by the deadline. I highly recommend CNS!

I'm decluttering the 2nd & 3rd floors of our house, and definitely needed help!
My helpers arrived on time, prepared, worked hard, were very careful with our things, even as they worked quickly, and in general did a great job!
They packed & loaded truck for storage of some things, and helped me get rid of things I didn't want to store.
I have used these helpers before, and I would be happy to use them again.

Got one guy that didn't understand or speak a wink of English. Very clumsy! Broke a few things. I wouldn't recommend or use again.

They did a very professional job. I was though surprised to see that they didn't bring any equipment (dolly or cart) even though it was specified on the email.
Otherwise it was two guys doing a very good job moving all the furniture.
