I was having my items moved to a Pod and a week later moved to my new location. The movers Rico and Renny were on time for both moves. They worked very hard while packing the Pod. The move to the new location is where the problem began. When I opened the Pod I realized some of my items were damaged because of how the Pod was packed. I called the owner Andrew Lovett and he said he would come to see the damage at 4PM and stated it was my fault because I didn’t provide enough protection which was false I was well prepared. When the same movers who packed the Pod came to unload they apologized and said they didn’t know how that happened. They were trying to hide some of the damaged items. The mover said he was coming back at 4 with Mr. Lovett. Nobody ever showed up. They had great reviews so maybe this was just an unfortunate incident but I’m out a beautiful dining room table and end table. Those 2 items are beyond repair along with our damaged pieces.
