Minutemen Haulers were great! I made a cross-country move in a rented truck, couldn't get into my apartment until the morning of the unloading and had to drop my parents at the airport that afternoon, so I was a little nervous about timing--but these guys were super helpful and worked with me on arrival time (and quelled my anxiety). Then when they did get there, exactly on schedule, they took less than an hour to unload a 1-bedroom from a 16-ft truck--they were machines. Everyone was super polite and professional and it was just really a great experience. I'm hoping to not have to move again for a while, but if/when I do, I will definitely be looking into their services again.

The 2 men were prompt, efficient, and courteous; knowledgeable about wrapping furniture and load shift in the truck. Not a thing was scratched or broken after a 1600 mile trip back home to Oregon. Thank you!!

They said they would arrive between 10 and 11, which they did --though it was closer to 11. If you wanted more specificity I'd request it.
They were hard workers, careful with the items they were moving, and at all times professional.

These fellas did a great job! Minutemen made the process so much faster and easier. They were organized and efficient. If I were to move again, I’d hire them. Well worth the money. Save yourself from back injuries and hire these guys to do your move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
