Not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and use a different service.
Short version: they were late, unprepared, worked slower than expected, disrespectful of my property, unprofessional/rude, tried to leave the job before it was complete, and I’d NEVER use them again.
Long version: I hired these guys to unload a 3/4 filled 26” moving truck into an apartment with an elevator. I reserved 2 guys for 3 hours and consented to an additional hourly charge if the job ran long. All typical stuff. Prior to the move they were difficult to communicate with and unresponsive. I reached out multiple times only hearing back once several days later. On the day of the move, the moving crew (if you can call them that) arrived late, were very young, and unprofessional. They looked and acted like high school kids. They were slow to unload the truck, we’re not careful with our belongings and left many boxes laying upside down In our new apartment. About halfway through unloading, 2 hours into the job, their manager calls to say he’s pulling them from the job because they have another move to go to. After a lot of back and forth, the manager had them finish unloading my truck but not without snarky comments from the movers themselves. Overall horrible experience. I will never use them again and recommend everyone look elsewhere for moving labor help.

Devon and Ben went ABOVE and BEYOND! I had not moved in 30+ years and was moving from a 2nd level apartment [with stairs] in Minneapolis to a new location in another city. They not only kept me sane [both had wonderful senses of humor] they were extremely organized and very efficient! Tyler, who organized everything for me beforehand was also wonderful to work with! What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
