My husband and I rented a large truck to locally move stuff from our 4 bedroom home to our new home. We set up a start time for 10:00am and wanted them for three hours. The workers called prior to the scheduled start time to let us know their arrival time would be closer to 10:30 or so. They started work around 10:45 and worked without stopping for three hours straight. They were incredibly planful, efficient, and considerate, and they worked harder than I could have imagined. We were very impressed with their process and their work ethic. They were prepared to approach the job with a good plan, and they worked without stopping the entire time. We were extremely pleased with their help for our move and we would recommend them to anyone. It was the best money we've ever spent!

The movers were prompt, communication with the company was easy and effective , and the movers worked very hard and efficiently. They also were very friendly and eager to please.My move was fairly straightforward without a lot of tricky pieces to move that would take more maneuvering such as large pieces of furniture. My only hesitation in using them again is that the two young men may not have had the experience to deal with some of the trickiness that large furniture in smaller places might require. Otherwise I was very satisfied

They worked very hard only some heirlooms were broken (very old hand painted dishes). They loaded all my boxes which ran out of my 2 hour limit leaving me with still some heavy items to load. Had I understood clearly that would have been the case, I would have separated all items marked very fragile and not let them load them. My main goal was to get the heavy items loaded. I had to call on other help to get the rest of the heavy items loaded.

The helpers were on time, they were done sooner than expected, they were careful, and wanted to make sure they were putting everything where we wanted. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again

They were on time, prepared for the job, great communication skills, and very respectful!
Our crew proved to be supermen! Going up into the hot unfinished room above the garage to bring down 150 + boxes. I am sure their legs are made of steel! Up and down those stairs over and over again! Thank goodness it was just weight bearing going down the stairs. Then they loaded a 10 ft truck that was 6 ft too small! WE are so thankful for Minutemen haulers!
We will be recommending them to all our friends for their moving needs.
And we will be calling them again for our next move. :)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
