Simple, simple move and had a corner of a nightstand go into a wall and broke another piece. But the thing that concerned this Co. Most was pay. No one has contacted me about the damage but they got there pay. Not happy with this Co. At all.....
When you tell our crew, "It's no problem." and they instruct you to contact our office if you change your mind, and hand you a business card; the responsibility to contact us lies with you.

I cannot recommend Minutemen Haulers llc enough!! Sam and Shiv were on-time, professional, EXTREMELY HARD WORKING, courteous, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to pack my 26 foot truck for my move. Jonathan and Sam were fantastic to work with. They worked hard and efficiently even though it was very muggy and humid. We did go over time, which I anticipated was possible based on the amount of stuff I had; however, they let me know when we were nearing that time and asked respectfully how I wanted to proceed. They were a huge lifesaver and also made a stressful day more enjoyable with their fun attitudes.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
