Minuteman workers (I do not recall their names) were the best. They unloaded a 16ft Pack Rat into 2 separate storage units some distance apart. They were efficient and congenial. I would definitely use Minutemen again.

I hired two guys for 2 hours to help in loading a 26 foot U-Haul. They were very hard working and loaded the truck in 1 1/2 hours. Most of my furniture we had already put padding on top and shrunk wrapped to prevent drawers and doors from opening. I am guessing I had 100 totes and or boxes also. I had to get very thing on the truck and it had to let it sit over night to wait for two closing on houses, before I could unload. The two guys did a wonderful job I asked for them for the unload the next day. Also a two guy for 2 hours. I was able to get the same two guys, again unloaded the truck in 1 1/2 hours, putting the furniture in place and putting the totes and or boxes on one of the two levels of the townhome I purchased. Thank you guys and Minutemen Haulers for one of the best experiences I have ever had!!!!!!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
