The guys were very respectful and courteous. We had two brand new mattresses that arrived to our house filthy. Very disappointed in how things were moved out and not wrapped. Third home move we've had and we were surprised that they didn't cover flooring or banisters. We've never been asked to empty dressers and we were asked to do that at the move out. It would have been helpful to have that information before hand. Didn't see real hustle and felt it could have been accomplished in less time.

Movers were punctual, professional, and fast. They (4 movers) worked hard and packed up my 2,400 square foot house + garage in four hours...they played Tetris to get everything to fit into my 2 - 16 foot containers. Amazing job!

The 2 workers showed up on time, were courteous and professional and a huge help in moving furniture/boxes from a storage locker to a POD storage container in Minneapolis. I highly recommend Minutemen and will use them again once my POD reaches the final destination in Florida if they provide help in the area.

I will not only recommend them, but will also hire them again exclusively. I was looking for help moving items on-site; my father passed away recently, and we had to find a larger place to accommodate our things and his. Previous movers had to stack the entire contents of my parents' home in 3 rooms of our new place because contractors are still working on it. I needed help from Minutemen Haulers to put things in the right rooms, and my father never met heavy furniture he didn't like. I was certain I would have to pay overtime, and fine with that. I was sure some furniture would be damaged, because I'm truly not kidding about the weight. I was absolutely stunned when they were done 3 minutes early (one of the gentlemen told me), without even a scratch on anything. They'd even helped me figure out where on earth to put my office furniture to make my office look nice. I can't convey how respectful to me they were, or how respectful they were to my father's things, which moved me deeply. As long as I'm in their area, I won't go anywhere else.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
