We perform small movers, loads and unloads as well as the larger full size 26ft truck loads and unloads. Our territory is from Pawleys Island SC to Oak Island NC. You may book a crew with a minimum of two people or up to 10. We look forward to serving you.

I would not recommend hire a helper OR these guys at all. I messed up my days and scheduled the movers back to back and called the office to see if I could change my time and he said it wasn’t a problem but there would be a fee of $211 so I had to drive all night in a 26ft moving truck with only 4 hours in between to avoid the ridiculous fee amount. The movers cost as much as the rental truck. Then there was a mix up with the location of the storage building and the person in charge said their time started 30 minutes before they got to the correct location even though I was expected to be at the storage unit for up to an hour to be there when they arrived. There were two movers and one was on the truck handing one box at a time to the other mover. They had a dolly but weren’t using it and seemed to be milking the clock even though I told them I didn’t have the budget to pay for another hour. When I asked the guy in charge why they weren’t using the dolly he said it was because I had a lot of fragile items which wasn’t true. My sister and I were standing there watching them to make sure they didn’t have any questions and the guy on the truck kept handing us boxes to carry even though we were exhausted. I had a jewelry armoire wrapped in plastic which came apart when one guy picked it up and he kept carrying it with jewelry falling out of it and when I saw jewelry on the floor of the truck he said “yeah, your jewelry was falling out of it” but instead of sitting it back down and letting me know my jewelry was falling out he put it in the storage unit. This is the same guy that had to use the bathroom right after they started and was gone for 10 minutes. The guy on the truck kept telling me I needed to go to the beach and relax after they were done because I was upset at the situation. Between me and my sister we probably had to tell them 20 times which of my three units items were going into even though everything was labeled and we told them where everything was going at the beginning. My sister and I finally went and sat in the truck because we were mentally and physically exhausted from traveling for almost 24 hours.

Mover's response:
My Attorney would probably tell me to be nice but lady in my opinion you need counseling. You were literally talking about killing people and you being a nurse and knowing how to do it. It's not our responsibility to make sure that your work order has the correct address. Your items were not labeled. One thing about me I am a USA Army veteran and I stand up for what's right. We stayed 17 minutes after your time to over make up for the 10 minutes you say the other guy took to use the restroom. I have pictures and all of our documents, so if you can sleep with it that's evil of you. I will sleep well as I live and walk daily in Truth, love and transparency.

Crew damaged some things, was not cooperative. Just seemed in a hurry to do as little as possible to leave.

Mover's response:
Hi Pete, I have pictures and video of your move. Anything broken was broken on the truck before we got there to unload. No one rushed in the unloading of your items. Also; Initially you had 5 guys to start this move in which you were late and were only billed for 4. We waited outside as we were on time early morning. We put all your items back together. We rolled our floor protection out and proceeded to systematically bring in your items. We finished your job on time with no issues. That's not cool almost 2 weeks later posting a terrible review and not even giving us a call to talk about your issues. Wish I could post pics and vid here. What do you mean by not cooperative? You had a small space with an entire 26ft full load going in onto one floor. You are responsible for knowing where your items go once they are unloaded especially since we did not do the load. This is about the most ridiculous claim I have ever seen in 9 years of moving people. I hope you are ok.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Good communication, date confirmation and a positive attitude and great moving experience.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Service the way they like. We listen to them and do our best to accommodate special requests. Teamwork

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Put away any pets. Have clear hallways. Make sure there are no items around that could be harmful for our crew members. Know what's going, staying and where to place the item if going into a new home.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have performed a many ocean front moves in high rises. We actually have had several repeat customers. We have performed a few office moves, such as State Farm Office furniture as well as a recent large tax office move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I love solving problems. Seeing the customer smile because we made everything fit.

What training do you provide your crew members?

I provide hands on as well as video training for various things such as tying slip knots, using ratchet straps, tools and safety when moving.
