Well to start with it didn't speak English communication problem second of all they didn't load the pod correctly thirdly had a lot of space that was unused and four I end up putting about five more pieces of furniture that I might have to leave behind and fifth when I looked in the back it was still room they did a poor job

They showed up on time. Scuffed the wall in 2 places. Both guys ran out of energy within the first 45 minutes, complained about the amount of work. I found one of the guys standing around talking on the phone multiple times not working. Flipped multiple boxes upsidedown that were clearly stated as fragile and which side was the bottom.
We unloaded a 15' uhaul in 2 hours, which would not have been completed if I hadn't been loading the Dolly's with boxes and been directing them about what to move when, and to keep working instead of standing around not doing anything.
