Nelson and Christopher were so wonderful!! I needed to move all of my belongings out of a POD into a U-Haul and then out of the U-Haul into a second floor apartment and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They brought furniture padding and plastic wrap to keep my belongings protected and were diligent and respectful throughout. I would recommend Eagle One Movers to anyone!

MOVE DATE 9/28/19
LATE START: Arrived on time, but did not start loading until 20 minutes after looking at all the furniture, boxes, etc that needed to be loaded.
NOT PREPARED: Confirmed with Philippe current supervisor prior to job moving pads were to be included, he reassured me that he would provide 10 pads, but movers were not prepared nor did they bring the materials. I had to supply this on my own.
WORKED TOO SLOW: Movers did not make the 3 hours as scheduled.
DISRESPECTFUL TO MY PROPERTY: Threw my belonging on the pavement, left furniture in front of elevators blocking the path of tenants to walk, and broke a piece of my head board for my queen size bed with damages and scratches. Did not show respect to my personal items such as garment bags, left glass table uncovered and I had to pack it with my own moving pad.

I had two guys for 3 hours to load one 16 foot POD. The lead Guy brought an extra guy at no charge. One was a weakling that could barely lift anything and the other did not know what to do. The lead guy kept asking for my input on how to load things. I saw damage on my furniture and damage to my walls of the house I am moving out of. If I had more time, I would have fired them and gone with someone else.

These guys are hard workers, polite and fast! They laid down blankets before unloading and knew all the tricks to get it done fast. So glad I found Eagle One Movers.
