I requested 3 helpers for 3 hours to unload 3 Pods. Eagle Movers was in contact several times leading up to the unloading. They were in contact the day before and the day of. The three guys were great and efficient. I would definitely use them again (but hopefully I won't be moving any time soon).

The individual who was in the lead position was very good; however, the second person was not. He was definitely inexperienced in moving and actually was not careful at all. My furniture is not necessarily of the highest quality, however it is nice stuff. Well, I’ve got a few dents and scars on this move. Overall, the staff were not well trained and could use some good customer service training.
