The packers were courteous, clean, timely, fast but thorough and careful with our belongings, and very efficient packing. IN fact, we had an extra pod that we didn't need. Highly recommend.

Hope your company be sure that the moving crews are really knowledgeable and professional. The crew that filled up my PODS container were neither. They needed to watch how to fill up a moving container video before doing so. I watched the PODS video, that's why I know the Helpers did not know what they were doing. In a matter of minutes while walking through the house showing the Supervisor the pieces to move, the majority of the boxes were already removed from the house, including 4 that I especially market and further told the Supervisor I wanted those 4 boxes to be stocked by the door. Well there were no boxes whatsoever at the front of the Pod's container instead furniture were at the front and no boxes to be seeing anywhere. Further there was no room to put more boxes into the container. I must rent a U-Haul truck to take them to where am moving.
My PODS container is on storage and soon ready to go to its final destination, though I am contemplating calling the Utah Fire Department to be near when the container is going to be opened, since the rope that was supposed to be tied around the big pieces of furniture, was completely loose when the day after I opened the container to put more stuff on it, and found that the largest piece of furniture was less than 2 foot from the door.
I am hoping that the furniture didn't moved forward during transportation, since I did my best to make it as tied as possible.
One more suggestion: You need to have spelling correction helper on your Review

The guys were great! Super fast - we finished 10 minutes before the time was up and we did not rush it! They were very attentive in handling furniture, asked where I wanted things, were tidy, and very professional!
*The only thing I would suggest from the company is a confirmation call the day of the move (and knowing ahead there is a 20 min grace period for the arrival window). My guys started about 15 minutest late & that is fine - but knowing ahead that they are coming & that there is a buffer in start time eliminates any possible stresses. Thank you for the great help - I sure appreciated it!

They came after our 1st movers were arrested. They did a good job, but left a 1/4 of the POD empty. We had to add to it after the 2nd POD was full. They worked efficiently. Just wish they would have filled the POD completely.
