John 3:16 Movers - A Local Oak Forest Moving Company

This job was booked last moment on Christmas Eve. We informed customer we'd be running slightly behind and time wouldn't start until we arrived. When we finished in 2hrs, Don asked if we were going to the other location to unload about 7 small items they wanted to take home instead of loading in storage with the rest. Don Jr, his son (50 years old) interjected and said "Dad, me and the guys can handle that (there were 5 other grown men family members helping the whole time who were supposedly going back to the house with them anyways). Then Don Sr said "I guess you all are good to go"! I received a call from customer about 30 min later regarding unused time which is when I informed him that there was a motorcycle lift (800lbs) a fully stocked industrial tool box (500+lbs,) and a commercial 9 ft solid wood bar counter top (450lbs) that he did not add to the invoice which we took care of without mentioning the fact he did not pay the additional $150 oversize item fee for each item which would've cost him an extra $450. I highlighted to him that his invoice would've been $200 over what he paid if we added those items and subtracted the unused time. After explaining that, it appeared that he accepted that approach being we actually saved him money. But according to this review, maybe not fully!?
