Shiloh & Zeke we’re very careful with our belongings, & managed to pack more in the pod than we originally thought.

The gentleman were very nice and initially the load appeared secured and tied down well. However after they left, we discovered they left a wooden bench just laying on top of a another piece of furniture, that in transit would have been thrown around had we not discovered it.
Possibly an oversight, but we were somewhat surprised based on the reviews we read prior to hiring them.
I would probably hire them again but use a bit more scrutiny in inspecting the work.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Smiley Face Moving will be in contact with you to confirm the move upon booking. We will send out an email to confirm all information we have is correct. The day prior to your move we will contact you by phone or text to confirm all is on schedule. Your Smiley Face Moving crew will reach out to you, one last time the morning of your move, before arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a text from your moving crew, before they arrive. Your moving crew will arrive with dollies, and tools for furniture assembly/disassembly. You will need to sign the invoice and terms of service upon their arrival. The crew will work hard to complete the job in a timely manner, we are not slackers, we do not run up the clock. We get in and get the job done as safe, and quick as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If stairs are not part of the move, you can leave items in dresser drawers and wrap the drawers shut with plastic wrap. You can also tie trash bags up around hanging clothes to save expense on wardrobe boxes. The more you have your items prepared, the faster our guys can load.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
