Arm and Dolly were very helpful. They acknowledged the job request and confirmed an arrival time. The day of the move, they arrived on time, were prepared for the job and were careful when moving my belongings. I would hire them again, if I need movers in the Oklahoma City area.

We enjoyed the young men from Arm and Dolly LLC they were a joy to work with. They were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard and were very respectful. However, HireAHelper was not helpful. They grabbed a hold of the money that was a deposit on our credit card and made it impossible for us to pay the young men who worked for us. Since we finished after hours there was no way for me to release the funds to the young men and then pay cash for the remainder of our bill. This cause both the young men and my husband and me some anxiety. It was not smooth and easy.

They were on time and had everything they needed to move us. They were exceptional! They worked extremely hard the full 4 hours and didn't scratch any doors or walls or furniture. They were great in stacking everything inside the POD, I don't know how they got it all in there. I will use them again!! These guys were fantastic.

Shiloh and Zeke did a great job. I told their manager I had a pool tsble, Shiloh and Zeke showed up with no advance warning. I think their manager needs ti better communicate if the job may present unusual challenges

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Smiley Face Moving will be in contact with you to confirm the move upon booking. We will send out an email to confirm all information we have is correct. The day prior to your move we will contact you by phone or text to confirm all is on schedule. Your Smiley Face Moving crew will reach out to you, one last time the morning of your move, before arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a text from your moving crew, before they arrive. Your moving crew will arrive with dollies, and tools for furniture assembly/disassembly. You will need to sign the invoice and terms of service upon their arrival. The crew will work hard to complete the job in a timely manner, we are not slackers, we do not run up the clock. We get in and get the job done as safe, and quick as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If stairs are not part of the move, you can leave items in dresser drawers and wrap the drawers shut with plastic wrap. You can also tie trash bags up around hanging clothes to save expense on wardrobe boxes. The more you have your items prepared, the faster our guys can load.
