Hire them now! I hired them at the last minute, late the night before I needed them to help unpack a large moving truck into an apartment and storage unit. They showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the big move in the time for which they were hired. They went above and beyond their duty with an amazing attitude and joy. These are the best movers I've ever hired...and I've hired good ones before.

These guys worked hard and did a good job getting everything loaded. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because a few items were damaged after reaching our destination. Specifically, one very nice lamp was completely broken, a couple of art pieces were damaged, and there were multiple items of furniture and picture frames that received minor damage around the edges. Also, a couple of items were incorrectly loaded into a storage container instead of the moving truck, but that's not too big of a deal. They probably could've packed the truck a bit better because we ran out of room at the end. However, they worked fast and efficiently to get the job done, and they were very respectful. They arrived on time and were well prepared. Looking back, I also could've done a better job at prepping our stuff to be loaded, so I'll also take some of the blame. I'd absolutely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Smiley Face Moving will be in contact with you to confirm the move upon booking. We will send out an email to confirm all information we have is correct. The day prior to your move we will contact you by phone or text to confirm all is on schedule. Your Smiley Face Moving crew will reach out to you, one last time the morning of your move, before arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a text from your moving crew, before they arrive. Your moving crew will arrive with dollies, and tools for furniture assembly/disassembly. You will need to sign the invoice and terms of service upon their arrival. The crew will work hard to complete the job in a timely manner, we are not slackers, we do not run up the clock. We get in and get the job done as safe, and quick as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If stairs are not part of the move, you can leave items in dresser drawers and wrap the drawers shut with plastic wrap. You can also tie trash bags up around hanging clothes to save expense on wardrobe boxes. The more you have your items prepared, the faster our guys can load.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
