Booked movers to unload truck after loading ourselves for 2 1/2 days. They arrived on time and prepared to unload. We had a piano that had to be unloaded, and they took great care in getting it unloaded and placed in our home. Both movers were helpful and respectful. This man was very careful with all our stuff and led the packing of the trailer. He tied it all in at the end. When he was not carrying stuff, he literally RAN from point a to point b. Superb job! What can a customer expect after booking with you?
MoveOKC will be in contact with you to confirm the move upon booking. We will send out an email to confirm all information we have is correct. The day prior to your move we will contact you by phone or text to confirm all is on schedule. Your moving crew will reach out to you, one last time the morning of your move, before arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a text from your moving crew, before they arrive. Your moving crew will arrive with dollies, and tools for furniture assembly/disassembly. The crew will work hard to complete the job in a timely manner, we are not slackers, we do not run up the clock. We get in and get the job done as safe and as quick as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If stairs are not part of the move, you can leave items in dresser drawers. The more you have your items prepared, the faster our guys can load.
