Knowledge and ability to load the trailer properly, use padding as needed, and how to properly use tie down straps to secure the items from falling off the trailer. They were on time, very friendly. They were good at disassemble and reassemble, moving the items in and out of the houses quickly. Loading was very slow, then reloading after items fell off trailer twice, receiving more damage each time. The trailer ended up being rearranged, padded and strapped down by three other men who saw the predicament of the situation. People were lined up behind me trying to leave our gated community, but there was no way that they could get around my truck and trailer with the items that had fallen off. The movers jumped out of their car behind me quickly, they fastened fallen items back on. Unfortunately I only made it 3 to 4 feet before more items started falling off, still blocking the other driver's. My 3.5 mile 2 hour project, of 6 things to transport, ended up a 4 hour ordeal ending in a lot of damage. I was not charged for the extra time, which could have been easily done in 2 hours or less. They were extremely polite though.

Johnny, Enoch, and Boaz did an awesome job for my move of a 4 bedroom house! Great communication and arrived right on time. Everything was handled with care, wrapped (with blankets and plastic wrap I supplied), and tightly packed and strapped into a moving truck for a 500 mile move. Professional and solid crew, even with short notice! Would definitely recommend!

Arm and Dolly were very helpful. They acknowledged the job request and confirmed an arrival time. The day of the move, they arrived on time, were prepared for the job and were careful when moving my belongings. I would hire them again, if I need movers in the Oklahoma City area.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Smiley Face Moving will be in contact with you to confirm the move upon booking. We will send out an email to confirm all information we have is correct. The day prior to your move we will contact you by phone or text to confirm all is on schedule. Your Smiley Face Moving crew will reach out to you, one last time the morning of your move, before arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a text from your moving crew, before they arrive. Your moving crew will arrive with dollies, and tools for furniture assembly/disassembly. You will need to sign the invoice and terms of service upon their arrival. The crew will work hard to complete the job in a timely manner, we are not slackers, we do not run up the clock. We get in and get the job done as safe, and quick as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If stairs are not part of the move, you can leave items in dresser drawers and wrap the drawers shut with plastic wrap. You can also tie trash bags up around hanging clothes to save expense on wardrobe boxes. The more you have your items prepared, the faster our guys can load.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
