The workers worked hard considering the trailer was in the street and a steep incline up to the house. No damage to any items.
Their employer should provide the workers proper equipment. Back braces and slings would make the job easier. I let them use my hand truck and dolly to make things easier. The bio stated these items would be provided but that wasn't the case.

I hired two movers for three hours and while they were a bit late to arrive this was communicated to me well in advance and updated a couple times. I wasn't in a particular hurry and the movers finished much earlier than I anticipated in any case. They were attentive in asking where things should go, friendly throughout and took good care of all our items. They even transferred some stuff from one truck to another, which wasn't part of the original plan.

Michael and Anthony were our movers and were amazing. They gave us a call to let us know they would be arriving 15 min early, and were able to unload a packed 8 foot PODS container in well under 2 hours. Another thing to note is they came prepared with the necessary moving equipment- something other moving companies don’t always do. They were communicative, friendly, and very efficient. We would definitely use them again!

My movers (Michael & Jayshawn) were fantastic. We were doubtful that everything would fit they made everything fit together and had more room for us to add stuff that we originally thought we would be throwing out. With the extra time at the end within our booking time, they helped us move some stuff around that would've been hard otherwise. 100% would recommend for anyone that needs on time, reliable, fast and efficient movers.

We couldn’t have gone with a better moving company. Our two movers, Michael & Jose were beyond amazing. They were on time, polite, and made moving a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor seem like a breeze. Michael was like a Tetris master, he was able figure out how to fit all of our furniture and boxes in the POD so it was secure and left plenty of space. And in only 2 hours!! We will definitely be using Robert and Company Movers for any of our future moves.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After confirming, customer will receive a confirmation via phone call, text or email with the date, time, address to location and hours scheduled. The night before the move, customer will receive another message confirming the schedule.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
For us to be on time, with our hand-truck, and dolly. If the job is a load to unload, we will provide straps and moving blankets.
