Slow as molasses. Courteous and hard-working, but not particularly skilled. Damaged my furniture. Would not re-hire.
Their scheduler told me their rate was different than Hire-a-Helper posted on the website. She cancelled a future booking unless I agreed to pay higher rate. No thanks.

They did a super job. Anthony noticed that the pod was damaged so we couldn’t use it. If they had gone ahead and loaded it anyway, the bottom would have fallen out and we would have lost everything. I really appreciate that he was paying attention. They ended up putting everything downstairs close to the garage so it will be easier to load the pod when we get a new one.
