HG movers were late, they were booked to arrive between 11 and 12 and they arrived at about 3, they did work hard and unloaded the truck in less than an hour, which was great, however after they left and we started putting the beds together, we noticed a big hole in the wall where the king sized headboard was placed, so that had to be repaired. Outside of being late and the hole in the wall, they did unload in an hour. If they were on time and hadn’t have put a hole in the wall, I would have given 5 stars..

They were scheduled between 9-10and didn’t show up until after 11. They didn’t pay attention to we’re any of the boxes went. They did work hard and were respectful.

The two gentlement who showed up on time and prepared were readfy to work right away. They were very polite and courtesy to my self and family. asked for direction and got right to work. They were very gentle with all items and kept making sure that stuff was going where we asked. They completed the job in a timely manner. I thought it would take about 6 hours to complete but it took those two half the time. I would highly recommend HG Movers. We plan on using them when we move again.
