The first thing I am going to tell everyone is this company doesn't even open until 7:30 and the earliest they can even think about getting to you is after 8:00am!! I confirmed my appointment 2x prior to my move date of 7/16. I received a call from the owner(that is what the caller stated) on 7/15 after 6pm saying that they weren't going to arrive until around 10am. I told him that wouldnt work since we had people that were to help unload at my new address over 3 hours away. He stated he would get someone to me by 8:30 well that didn't happen either. We started loading the truck ourselves at 9am. The crew-which consisted of one man that had some experience and one without any experience- upon arrival it was known quickly that they didn't have any regard to my stuff at all. They just put stuff on the truck in no order at all. They busted 2 seal bags from my purple mattress which meant they were no longer vacuumed for easier movement and space. They scratched almost all of my wood furniture. They took my jewelry amour and placed it face first on the bottom fabric of a couch and jewelry poured out(I thank God that we had wrapped it ourselves or I would have lost everything in it). When we asked them to move it they wanted to argue. They completely tore the bottom off of my couch. I did reach out to the owner several times and he hasn't responded or answered calls. He also didn't tell HireAHelper that the hours they are showing aren't available or that he was going to be over 2 hours late. We ended up having to take items off and completely repack everything in the heat of the day and due to this we lost our help at the arrival site. I would never use this service again nor would I recommend these movers! They seem to run this out of their home and they don't have the staff for the jobs. No one is taking responsibility for anything either!

Did not show up or call. Never use you people again
We spoke to Mr. Clark at about 10:30 letting him know that our arrival window would be roughly 3:00 pm (due to it being directly in the middle of busy season and the job being located in Waco). Mr Clark agreed and Mrs. Clark subsequently cancelled the move w/ the movers on the way at 3:30-3:45 p.m. The original cancellation was going to have a fee applied and we waived said fee out of courtesy.
All of this information is documented in emails and call logs w/ the customer and hireahelper representatives.
