The guys arrived 2.5 hours late, they moved very slow probably because they may have been stoned. The last time I used this service with the 2 guys unloaded a 26 ft box truck that was full in less then 2 hours. These guys only had to load and unload 2 couches, 3 dressers and washer and dryer. And the broken down beds.

Waste of money. This is really hard for me to write a one star review because I am in the service industry and I know how much it hurts, but if I don’t then I’m only doing myself and others a disservice..I’m really annoyed that I paid for the service. I did tip them because I felt it was the right thing to do (and I’m in the service industry so I understand they rely on tips) But not that I felt it was deserved. It was not deserved. I ended up having to help them move because within 40 minutes they already started to take a break and they were texting on their phone. As I started to help, one guy just stayed in the truck and packed while one guy went up and down the stairs with me carrying stuff. The reason I hired them was to carry the heavy stuff. I could have organized it in the truck myself. The customer service wasn’t great because they weren’t looking to serve they were looking to show that they could do their job, but I wanted The truck to be packed my way, but they insisted for us to let them do their job. Which in reality didn’t serve me very well. However, they didn’t know that everything was going to two different places and how I needed the truck to be unloaded. They broke my dresser leg because they leaned it on its side. That dresser was over $1000. I paid money for a service that I don’t really think I got. If my sister wasn’t four states away we would’ve had it done in under two hours and it would’ve been packed neatly. I’ll never use this service again and I regret doing it. Waste of money.
Customer personally clashed w/ movers on basis completely unrelated to the professional service.
Both movers were involved and engaged w/ the customers as well as the move. The customer offered to help due to the fact they didn’t have funds to pay for over two hours and this kind of job typically runs 3-4 hours. (Loading a truck from a multiple story apartment.)
The movers still performed and completed the job professionally, despite the customer’s less than professional attitude and approach.
