I would want to provide this feedback so better service is provided next time.
Helpers need to show up on time or within expected window. Period. Not an hour beyond expected time. And not just one, but both helpers need to arrive together and communicate with each other. They need to have the tools for transportation of boxes etc. It is also better not to entice customers by trying to do business on the side outside of this enterprise, even if it will offer clients cheaper rates. If you first job is good, you will get picked directly the next time and your purpose will be met. Also, confirm one day in advance your arrival time and names of helpers who will be at the location.

I have multiple items chipped or broken. My furniture was just thrown in without care. Fragile boxes places on bottom with multiple boxes on top. One of the workers was overheard complaining about the job. Never again!

The two moving team members that arrived to help us was awesome. We moved out of state and needed a storage until our house was ready. They came and they knew what they were doing. Great at arranging items to make it fit. And they didn’t need any help from us. They were organized and quick. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Two men did a great job moving my things and making sure they were placed in the truck strategically and carefully. They asked what and where I wanted things before they just took them and I thought that was important. They came prepared with wraps and other tools and were efficient in their moving. Only complaint I have is that they were late. I scheduled them to come between 8-9 and they didn’t get to me until 1130. (Said their previous job ran over time) Luckily I wasn’t really in any kind of rush so it was okay, but the communication for the tardiness could’ve been better. All in all it was a smooth moving experience. Thank you guys!!
