They were the best helpers best attitude very very helpful I am so grateful for all their help they did a great job

Jason showed up on time and was GREAT. I enjoyed working with him. The other guy didn’t show up to load, and came to the new house to unload only. He was also pleasant, but not showing up on time, and still being charged the full amount is totally unacceptable, since I paid for loaders but had to do half of it myself. I may use Elite again, but only if I go directly and only if I’m charged only for the time the worker bothers to show up.

Mario & Charley we’re on time & immediately went to work. They They were courteous, efficient, professional and very smart movers. They were able to remove drawers in the dresser I was unable to and and took apart two lounge chairs so they were more easily moved. I had two flights of stairs & they carefully navigated the narrow landings. I couldn’t be more happy with them & the company they represent. I will use them again.

They did a good job, in a timely manner. I had to redo some of the load and strap some things in but overall they did good. Just need some supervision probably.

The young men sent were given specific loading details which they did not follow. Additionally, the reported that 2 mattresses had bugs. The loading job was subpar and absolutely unacceptable. They did not load all the items which needed to be loaded.
I had to hire 2 other individuals who had to unload the pod and reload it. The mattresses were inspected and did NOT have bugs. When reloaded all necessary items fit in the pod. I am highly displeased with this service and would not recommend you or Elite Staffing to anyone.
