The guys were great and on time. Super efficient time wise. Packed the truck well and we still had space. Which doesn’t happen when we pack our own truck lol. Have mostly unpacked and nothing was broken that was their fault. One of my cheap nightstands needed to be tossed anyway.
Glad to have used hire a helper because there were no hidden fees added like on our unloading end through a private company.

This was the first time I hired movers. Both of the men were great. They were efficient, kind, and courteous. I did not think they would be able to fit all my stuff in the pod...but they did! I was very happy with the team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs help! Great job!

I did not know that the movers don't bring a dolly or anything with them. That was my bad, but I did have a moving "truck" and later we got a dolly and another rolling cart. When they told us they would arrive between 10 and 11 naturally I had the rental truck for 10:00. They arrived at 11:15. The movers were a young woman and a young man - both slightly built. They managed to get the sofa into the hallway of the building and the next thing I knew they were gone. I called their boss and they said I told them to go get a dolly. After much waiting around and calls with the boss, it was clear they they bailed. Then the boss talked them into coming back. At 12:15 they arrived. We had to help them move everything as they ere not strong enough to do it without us. After they helped us load into the storage unit and we headed back for the next load, they disappeared. I called the boss and they called me after 10 minutes to say they were taking a lunch break. Hell no! They came back and we all loaded the truck and unloaded it - now over the 2 hrs we hired them for. With 2 regular movers they would have been able to manage the furniture, would not have drug and banged everything and would have known how to pack the truck efficiently. Fortunately the boss only charged me for the 2 hrs but we still had to get the last load ourselves. Even though it was small it still should have been them doing it. What a fiasco!!!!!

Bri and Delvin were fantastic movers for my apartment. They arrived within the window of time and had such a positive attitude despite having done a move just before ours! They came prepared and were optimistic despite a massive battle we had between my couch and the small hallway. They were so respectful and had amazing people skills. They were a wonderful young couple and they made the agonizing time actually enjoyable. Anyone and everyone should ask for Bri and Delvin!

Once the young men arrived they did a very good job. Were very courteous and hard working
Unfortunately they were more than 2 hours late (they did call and tell me they would be about 30 minutes late) they were expected at 2 and arrived about 430.
I had to call 2 times to check on their arrival.
A co worker and I unloaded the truck by ourselves, with the exception of 4 large pieces of furniture. Mind you, I had just loaded the 20 foot Uhaul truck, driven an hour and a half then unloaded before the help even arrived.
Having to unload almost an entire truck after loading it was a very long and arduous task. I cant say that the money charged for this help was appropriate.
Schedules are there for a reason and I feel as though this schedule was definitely not adhered to at all. I had to return my truck by 530 which also caused problems. I had to pay extra for my truck because I was late

The two men from Elite Staffing came prepared to work. They did a quick run through of our house to think through the requirements, then immediately went to work. They started with big furniture, wrapped them thoroughly, and kept us informed of any potential issues or concerns. Jason and Ever were superb; in fact, we asked for them by name when our second POD needed loading, and the company worked their schedule to be there for us. The company was responsive and excellent. We highly recommend them for taking care of your precious furniture and household items.

A $3000 ring is missing! We hid it in a drawer intentionally and the movers moved that drawer and now it’s gone. The movers also didn’t have reliable transportation and we had to take them back to their homes/bus stop. They didn’t show up with any of the equipment that we expected them to show up with and we had to use/buy all of our own additional items.
Do not use this company. We are filing a police report for the stolen ring.
