The two men worked very hard and quickly. Although we spoke different languages, we were able to communicate effectively using Siri and gestures. They were genuinely interested in accommodating my requests. Would highly recommend!

I am writing this to ask for some form of refund. I was asked by Joseph if we could move the time up as they close at 5pm and they had no idea why Hire a Helper would schedule them so late. I made arrangements for someone to be there by 3:15pm and informed Joseph. The two helpers did not arrive until 4:30pm. They unloaded everything in 1 hour (I paid for 2 hours). My understanding is that they would help assemble items, however these two guys had little to no training and no etiquette. They fought back and forth continuously, dropping the "F" bomb constantly. They disclosed that they both are felons and one was just released from prison for robbery. Does not give me a warm and fuzzy to have him around my belongings knowing where I live. They brought a dolly with them from the bus they took to get to my house. They asked my boyfriend to drive them back to the bus stop which he did. They then proceeded to call back and expect me to drive the dolly that they forgot to them at the bus stop. Absolutely horrible service and I am requesting half my money back. I am willing to pay for the one hour that they were here.
